WHAT WE DO

The Mountain Society for Research & Development (MSRD) recognizes the critical role that mountains play in the Hindukush Region of Chitral, where millions of people depend on these landscapes for their daily sustenance. As such, MSRD has been actively engaged in a multifaceted approach to address the pressing issues of biodiversity conservation and the restoration of forests and other landscapes in this ecologically fragile region.
